Junior Sales Engineer –Residential Solution Based in Thessaloniki

Reports to: Residential Sales Section Manager

The mission of the Junior Sales Engineer – Residential Solutions is to sell, promote and follow up the Daikin product solutions, meeting existing and new customers’ needs in the market, reaching the defined individual & team business target, always respecting the core values of Daikin Group - absolute credibility, harmonious relationships, and enterprising management.

 

Job content

The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for a specific geographic region within Greece and focuses on dealer development.

  • (S)He makes up/gives input for his individual sales budget for his/her sales region and executes a customer & visit plan to develop DAGR dealer network and reach his/her individual targets
  • (S)He builds and maintains strong relationships with (potential) customers and acts as a first point of contact
  • (S)He identifies the customer's needs in order to challenge & create innovative HVAC concepts, by promoting the most appropriate solutions, which results into orders
  • (S)He supports his/her customers in the development of their business
  • (S)He closely liaises with other company departments to ensure customer expectations are met (in terms of quality, service and timescale)
  • (S)He follows the company strategies
  • (S)He represents Daikin as an organization that puts the customer first
  • (S)He makes to a limited extent product selections & specifications in line with the customer's needs 

Duties & responsibilities

Master Dealer(s) support in the development of their business

  • Builds and maintains strong relationship and acts as a first point of contact
  • Follow up of sales figures (T/O, product) based on quotations & orders
  • Support in terms of product selection & specification, appropriate solution and best price to win projects
  • Promote Daikin technologies & innovative products
  • Provide product & commercial trainings
  • Cooperation to ensure development and strengthening of BD network

Dealer (BDs & other) support in the development of their business within own region of responsibility

  • Visits existing and new customers in order to develop DAGR dealer network, build and maintain strong relationship and acts as a first point of contact
  • Follow up of sales figures (T/O, product) 
  • Analyse the market (ISS, MS, etc)
  • Support in terms of product selection & specification, appropriate solution and best price to win projects
  • Support customers in terms of their promotion in the local market
  • Promote Daikin technologies & innovative products
  • Provide product & commercial trainings
  • Competition analysis
